As a Field Supervisor I - Wellbore Intervention you will play a vital role supporting our field operations under broad direction in the assigned district. You will be a key player to run most wellbore intervention application.
As a Field Supervisor I - Wellbore Intervention you will be responsible for:
- Running Wellbore Intervention applications in assigned district ensuring supplied equipment compatible with all equipment used for job
- Applying expertise to include applications of increasing complexity and/or risk in Wellbore Intervention and other product groups
- Providing field support to customers and accurately completes all paperwork prior to or upon completion of job
- Advising and troubleshooting on the most complex and critical issues in Wellbore Intervention in the district
- Applying technical knowledge and experience to ensure the products and services are of the highest quality
- Conducting business activities in accordance with HSE policies Legal Compliance requirements and Baker Hughes Core Values.
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have more than 10 years experience as Field Specialist in Wellbore Intervention (Fishing Casing Exits Wellbore Cleanup and Thru-Tubing Fishing)
- Have a good understanding of mechanical and application proficiency with Wellbore Intervention products or other product groups
- Demonstrate expertise and hand-on experience of drilling completion techniques drilling/workover rig operations on land and semi-submersible rigs
- Be a good team player and display good communication skills
- Be willing to work on various rotational schedules
