Workforce Admin department is looking for a Workforce GBS Analyst.

What you will do:

Analyze requests for transition to inactive status namely access conditions;
Organize retirement processes;
Execute retirement procedures in the system (calculation of proportional amounts etc.);
Prepare various reports and controls;
Provide support in responding to requests from pre-retired employees retirees and pensioners;
Assist in responding to inquiries coming internally from group companies

Employment type: Full-Time

Work site: Hybrid Model

What are we looking for:

Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources Management Management Social or Organizational Psychology or another field provided you have relevant professional experience for the role;
Professional experience in administrative areas of Human Resources is mandatory;
Experience of up to 5 years in similar roles.
Knowledge of SAP HCM is valued;
Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint Word Excel);
Analytical skills rigor and attention to detail process orientation ease of relating to different interlocutors and customer focus;
Aptitude and enjoyment for operational work.
