The Role
As a Key Account Manager youll be at the heart of client successbuilding strong relationships identifying opportunities for growth and guiding customers through their IT transformation journey. This is a people-first role where collaboration insight and value creation are key.
Responsibilities
- Build and nurture long-term client partnerships
- Identify new opportunities within existing and prospective accounts
- Act as a trusted advisor providing tailored IT solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver outstanding client outcomes
About You
Proven background in Account Management or Business Development within IT/MSP
Consultative solution-led approach with strong commercial acumen
Excellent communication skillscomfortable with senior stakeholders
Ambitious curious and eager to learn & grow.
