Job Summary
We are a fast-growing digital consulting and managed services company redefining how agriculture companies harness data. We are seeking a senior Designer to lead the design of high-impact projects across campaigns content digital channels and brand initiatives. This role blends creative impact with business strategy translating bold ideas into visuals that drive results.
What Youll Do:
- Lead bold cohesive visual storytelling across campaigns content digital and social channels creating designs that turn heads and stay true to our identity
- Turn big to life with striking visuals motion graphics and prototypes that simplify complexity and captivate audiences
- Own projects from start to finish collaboration with teams coordinating approvals and keeping timelines on track
- Fuel creativity and innovation by championing user-centered design thinking and pushing the boundaries of trends and tools.
What Were Looking For:
- Diploma or Bachelors degree in Creative Communications Art or Design
- 5 years professional design experience in marketing digital or brand-focused roles
- Expertise with design and prototyping tools (e.g. Figma Sketch Adobe Creative Suite)
- A portfolio showcasing strong design skills creativity and the ability to produce work across a variety of channels
