• Grade 2 (PK1-PK4) or Grade 3 (PL1-PL4) Psychologist - depending on years of experience

The Department

Psychology is an Allied Health Department providing services to rehabilitation and aged care inpatients and patients in home-based care and in the Transitional Care Program (TCP). The department is staffed by Clinical Psychologists and Clinical Neuropsychologists.

The Role

The clinical neuropsychologist provides clinical neuropsychology services to rehabilitation and aged care inpatients and patients in home-based care as well as patients of the Transitional Care Program (TCP).

Qualifications and Experience Required

• Please refer to the relevant position description for details.
• Masters or Doctoral degree in Neuropsychology.
• Registration under the Health Practitioner Regulation National Law (Victoria) Act 2009.
• Endorsement as a Clinical Neuropsychologist under the Health Practitioner Regulation National Law (Victoria) Act 2009.
• For Grade 3 approved Psychology Board of Australia Supervisor
• Skills and experience in the neuropsychological assessment of people with brain injury and those impacted by ageing and illness.
• Skills and experience in the assessment of decision-making capacity and knowledge of Victorian law relating to decision-making capacity.
