Position Overview: Sales Customer Care Representative
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Customer Care Representative to join our team. This role combines excellent customer service with sales responsibilities helping customers find the right products or services while ensuring a positive and seamless experience.
As a key point of contact you will handle sales internet leads inbound/ outbound phone calls customer concerns etc. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with a passion customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone email or chat in a professional and timely manner
Assist customers with product information pricing and availability
Resolve customer complaints and follow up to ensure satisfaction
Maintain detailed records of customer notes
Meet or exceed individual and team sales and service goals
Collaborate with other departments
