Job Title: Senior Compliance AnalystClassification: ExemptDepartment: CSRReports to: Administration General ManagerPosition Summary:The Senior Compliance Analyst performs a wide variety of responsible technical and administrative risk management support functions to ensure compliance. Develops implements and supports policies and programs related to compliance. This is included but not limited to company requirements state and federal law and others.Key Responsibilities:- Ensure thorough dissemination of compliance-related policies to all employees.
- Assist in developing and maintaining the companys risk management plan and related activities.
- Collaborate with relevant departments to manage KAAPs risk management plan.
- Prepare company compliance documentation.
- Systematically organize compliance management regulations.
- Maintain standard documents for group companies and participate in audits.
- Support internal controls for group companies (e.g. J-Sox KSL requirements etc.).
- Represent the Corporate Section in matters related to various audit and certification requirements such as IATF and TISAX.
- Perform pre-contract review and post-contract document management.
- Ensure that the companys policies and practices regarding employment human resources and equal opportunity comply with applicable provisions of federal and state labor laws. This includes maintaining the necessary documentation.
- Serve as a liaison for company risk insurance providers (e.g. property & casualty general liability auto insurance workers compensation insurance etc.) and participate in required annual audits and inspection visit.
- Perform data collection for company tax incentive projects.
- Serve as a member of companys internal compliance team.
- Supervise CSR staff providing training coaching and performance evaluation feedback.
- Assign tasks and manage progress to ensure work within the team is completed on schedule.
- Regularly report activity results to top management.
- Performs other related duties as assigned to meet the ongoing needs of the organization.
Skills & Competencies:- Excellent document preparation skills
- Good verbal and written communication.
- Good computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office applications
- Good time management
- Ability to work well in a multi-cultural environment.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision when required.
Education & Experience:- Over 3 years of experience in compliance-related fields
- High school degree (or G.E.D. equivalent) required.
Work Environment & Physical Requirements:- Requires occasional physical activity throughout shift (except breaks and lunch) such as walking sitting standing bending stopping squatting reaching handling near/far vision pushing pulling carrying and lifting objects weighing up to 50 lbs.
