You have 3 years of corporate trainer experience under your belt and are looking for your next challenge in a hyper-growth fast-paced industry disrupting SaaS company. What Youll Do:
- Deliver high-quality onboarding and training sessions for clients and internal teams both virtually and in-person including ongoing education such as webinars and workshops.
- Translate client questions challenges and workflows into clear actionable training content tailored to their needs.
- Provide expert guidance on industry-specific processes LOS PPE and mortgage-related workflows.
- Collaborate with internal teams (product support and sales) to ensure training aligns with current platform capabilities and updates.
- Support a white-glove client experience that ensures adoption satisfaction and long-term retention.
- Occasionally travel to client sites for hands-on training and engagement sessions.
- Continuously refine training materials and sessions based on client feedback and evolving product features.
What You Have:
- Strong experience as a corporate or client trainer ideally in SaaS or fintech.
- Deep domain expertise in mortgage LOS PPE or closely related industry products.
- Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to translate complex technical or industry concepts for diverse audiences.
- Experience designing and delivering client-focused high-touch training programs.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to adapt training to client-specific scenarios.
