About the Team: Walmart is opening its third owned and operated milk processing facility in Robinson Texas scheduled to begin operations in 2026. The state-of-the-art facility will process and bottle a variety of milk options including Gallon Half Gallon Whole 2% 1% Skim 1% Chocolate Milk and Cream for Walmarts Great Value and Sams Clubs Members Mark brands. This new facility represents Walmarts commitment to building a more resilient and transparent supply chain sourcing high-quality milk primarily from Texas dairy farmers to serve more than 750 Walmart stores and Sams Clubs throughout Texas Oklahoma Louisiana and parts of Arkansas and Mississippi. What Youll Do
- Lead and Develop Teams: Hire train mentor and manage associates while fostering a culture of belonging. Support inclusive practices that make every team member feel valued and respected.
- Drive Operational Excellence: Manage workloads and work plans to meet deadlines. Monitor performance resolve issues and ensure smooth operations using automated systems and data.
- Ensure Compliance and Integrity: Uphold company policies ethics and safety standards. Promote the Open Door Policy and guide associates in ethical decision-making.
- Optimize Logistics and Quality: Maintain procedures and documentation to ensure compliance with logistics safety and quality standards. Use data to identify and implement operational improvements.
- Collaborate and Communicate: Build relationships with stakeholders share progress and align team efforts with business goals.
- Support Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for growth and efficiency. Adapt to change and promote learning across the team.
- Resolve Challenges: Address associate concerns and operational issues by coordinating with managers and subject matter experts.
- Supervise and Guide Associates: Direct assign duties monitor performance and provide feedback. Identify training needs and support continuous learning coaching and development.
- Sanitation Tasks: Perform responsibilities to meet food quality standards.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in Business Logistics or related field
- OR Associates Degree in Business Logistics or related field
- OR 1 year of Walmart Logistics Management experience
- OR 2 years of experience in dairy processing manufacturing or food processing
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in Business Logistics or related field and 1 year of supervisory experience
- OR 3 years of supervisory experience in dairy processing manufacturing or food processing

The annual salary range for this position is $65500.00 - $98000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
