Operating Mechanic

The ideal candidate will support chemical or industrial operations in a dynamic safety-focused environment. this role offers growth opportunities inheavy equipment operationandindustrial maintenance.

What youll do:

Safely operate heavy equipment including payloader skid loader and forklift
Assist with routine industrial maintenance and troubleshooting
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Comply with all safety and environmental policies
Work outdoors occasionally in varying weather conditions

What youll need:

High School Diploma or GED (required); Associate degree in Process Technology or related discipline (preferred)
Basic computer skills
Valid drivers license
Ability to obtain aTWIC (Transportation Worker Identification Credential)
Comfortable with basic math (addition subtraction multiplication division)
Proficient in reading and writing English
Ability to make operational judgments while distributing materials or operating equipment
Experience operatingHeavy equipmentsuch as:

Payloader

Skid Loader

12 years in an industrial chemical or manufacturing setting
Exposure toindustrial maintenancetasks (e.g. basic mechanical repairs equipment inspections)
