Preferable Qualifications & Experiences:
B.S./B.A. in Accounting or Finance required
3-6 years experience in operations finance accounting or financial systems
Working knowledge of modeling software to prepare reports and conduct financial analyses experience with Oracle and/or Hyperion systems a plus
Advanced experience using other MS Office tools (Excel Access Word Outlook PowerPoint)

Position Objectives:
Monitor and create regional action plans to improve operational KPIs such as wage to revenue % indirect hours admin overtime DFR compliance etc.
Works with GMs to help resolve errors or discrepancies with customer billing or billing reports.
Establish and ensure continuous improvement of best practices within the area
Assist in the preparation of a monthly package to review area operational and financial performance along with key company initiatives
Assist the West Area Finance Director RMs and CSC GMs to create action plans to achieve performance excellence and financial stability
Assist with monthly revenue and expense accruals during month end close processes and provide ongoing support to ensure accuracy of monthly results.
Assist in analyzing location profitability and comparing actual results to established budgets.
Participate in the annual planning / budgeting / forecast processes as required
Participate in various special hoc projects providing research and analysis as well as solutions
