Job Summary
Leading ambulatory surgery network seeks a Nurse Manager to provide clinical leadership at the Newark Delaware center.
Responsibilities:
- Assumes a leadership role in the provision of quality nursing care for patients receiving services within the nursing department
- Assesses plans evaluates and ensures the implementation of the patients pathway to achieve identified outcomes
- Demonstrates continued competence in assessing treating and caring for individuals based upon age-specific needs utilizing a developmental perspective
- Demonstrates appropriate knowledge and competence of designated skills identified for position
- Supervises the smooth functioning of the unit on assigned shift
- Performs all other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Licensure in the State Delaware
- A minimum of 2 years of nursing leadership experience with an Ambulatory Surgery or Ambulatory Care Center.
Salary: $115000 - $120000
