Are you passionate about driving meaningful change that improves services for New Zealanders Do you thrive in complex environments and enjoy collaborating across teams to deliver impactful outcomes The Department of Internal Affairs (Te Tari Taiwhenua) is seeking a dynamic and experienced Change Analyst to join our Identity Services Acceleration Programme (ISAP) within Regulatory and Identity Services.

About the Role

As a Change Analyst youll play a pivotal role in supporting the programme and its initiatives. Youll provide strategic and operational change management advice develop tailored initiatives and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure change is understood embraced and sustained across the organisation.

What You will Do

• Support change initiatives using structured methodologies
• Provide expert advice to managers and teams across RIS
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Champion the need for change and capability building

What Were Looking For

• Prior experience in developing and executing business-aligned change strategies and plans
• Proven experience delivering business improvement initiatives and advice
• Strong knowledge of change management frameworks
• Excellent relationship management and influencing skills
• Understanding of government structures and public service values
• A relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent professional experience
