Job Summary and Responsibilities
Were seeking a Clinical Practice Coordinator to support and advance perioperative nursing practices across multiple states. This role is ideal for a masters-prepared nurse with strong leadership collaboration and project management skills who thrives on coordinating complex clinical initiatives and driving continuous improvement.
Oversee and coordinate perioperative nursing practice across multiple markets and hospital sites.
Partner with perioperative educators at each hospital to align education practice standards and process improvements.
Lead and facilitate multi-site collaboration to address ongoing changes and challenges in perioperative services.
Develop implement and evaluate action plans to enhance consistency and quality in perioperative care.
Serve as a key resource and connector between hospital teams ensuring alignment with organizational goals and best practices.
Contribute to succession planning and mentorship initiatives within perioperative education and leadership.
Job Requirements
Masters degree in Nursing (MSN) required.
Perioperative nursing background with prior experience as a Perioperative Educator is required.
Proven ability to manage and coordinate projects across multiple locations.
Highly self-driven organized and capable of working independently while building strong collaborative relationships.
Strong communication and leadership skills with a passion for advancing clinical practice.
