Job Summary
What you will do
Join a dynamic and rapidly expanding team within Strykers Joint Replacement division. This role offers a unique opportunity to serve as a strategic Finance business partner supporting R&D Sales Marketing and G&A functions. Youll play a key role in driving financial performance and helping the organization achieve its strategic objectives.
Support the development of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts ensuring accuracy and alignment with strategic objectives and goals
Monitor and analyze financial performance against forecasts identifying trends risks and opportunities to deliver actionable insights
Partner with business leaders and cross functional teams to understand operational drivers and support data driven decision making
Provide day-to-day financial support and conduct detailed analysis to support functional reviews and leadership discussions
Maintain enhance and optimize financial models used for budgeting forecasting and reporting
Support the month end close process including accruals reporting and preparation of financial packages
Provide analysis for ad hoc requests and contribute to ongoing process improvements
What you need
Required
Bachelors degree
Preferred
1 year of experience in Finance FP&A or related field
1 year of business partnership
This is a hybrid position based in Mahwah NJ with an on-site presence required every Tuesday and Wednesday.
$60100 - $121600 salary plus bonus eligible benefits. Individual pay is based on skills experience and other relevant factors.
