We are currently looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Cluster Reservations Trainee. This role will focus on the following skills and competences:

• Fluent in English
• Looking for an internship of at least 6 months

The Cluster Reservations Team is responsible for 5 Hilton properties in the Netherlands; DoubleTree by Hilton Amsterdam Centraal Station DoubleTree by Hilton Royal Parc Soestduinen Hilton Amsterdam Airport Schiphol Hilton Rotterdam and Hilton The Hague.

What will I be doing

As Reservations Trainee you will be responsible to deliver highest level of quality to our guests. Within this internship you will support the team with the following tasks:

• Responsible for the accurate processing of reservations
• Updating reservations via the CRS system
• In contact with guests to accept and confirm individual guest reservations by e-mail or telephone
• Excellent knowledge and correct use of the various hotel rates
• Correct handling of reservations documents
• Adhere to the company credit policies and procedures
• Responsible for administrative tasks like reporting tasks
• Ensure quality checks on the current reservation system

Maximize room sales and revenue for the hotel prioritizing up-selling with a sales attitude.

Keep guests information updated to maintain high level of guest service standards
