Learn more about us: & Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior government stakeholders to co-create and implement state education strategies and large-scale reform initiatives.
- Identify and shape opportunities for growth across new geographies and thematic areas building a strong state partnership and program pipeline aligned with organizational priorities.
- Manage strategic engagements with government departments funding agencies and ecosystem partners to build alignment strengthen collaboration and enable scale.
- Translate state priorities into actionable multi-year strategies program designs and phased implementation roadmaps that integrate academic interventions product deployments and governance processes.
- Work closely with internal product pedagogy and technology teams to align solutions with state needs ensuring interventions are scalable measurable and continuously improved through structured feedback loops.
- Lead end-to-end execution of multi-district programs proactively identifying delivery challenges and coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality implementation.
- Use data dashboards and assessment systems to measure learning outcomes and system improvements; synthesize insights into evidence narratives and policy briefs to support state decision-making.
- Coordinate effectively across academic product operations and finance teams to ensure clear responsibilities seamless planning and integrated delivery.
- Lead and mentor state teams set clear goals build strategic and operational capacity and foster a culture of ownership problem-solving and high performance.
- Represent ConveGenius in state-level forums strategy discussions and program reviews building credibility through evidence-driven communication and thought partnership.
- Need based travel to state capitals districts and field sites for stakeholder meetings program reviews and on-ground oversight.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors or equivalent degree from a top-tier institution
- Familiarity and exposure to the field of education and educational technology
- Excellent program stakeholder and team-management skills including the ability to connect with people across lines of difference
- Ability to design plan and implement large-scale programmes
- Extremely high analytical synthesis and problem-solving abilities
- Prior work experience in a fast-paced environment and/or start-up organisation
- Work under tight deadlines in a complex multi-stakeholder environment to achieve targets independently and under pressure
- Good research writing and communication skills and comfortable representing the program externally
- High level of flexibility and responsiveness to organisational requirements
- Management/ strategy consulting background is preferred
- Skilled in Excel PowerPoint Word and Data crunching and analysis
