Thats why we are looking for a dynamic Trader for our Polymers Department to help us expand our business in Latam America. If youre passionate about international sales and want to contribute to our growth story this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Based in Antwerp you will be a key member of our team responsible for building and expanding a portfolio of profitable customers and transactions within Central America & Caribbean. You will develop strong relationships with trusted suppliers and customers while setting the strategic direction for your market and product portfolio. Regular travel to Central America & Caribbean as well as occasional global travel will be an essential part of this role.

What do you need to be successful in your mission
We are looking for an ambitious results-driven sales professional with:

• 1 to 3 years of experience in a BtoB sales role at a renowned international company.
• Experience in the polymer industry of logistics is recommended.
• A passion for international sales and an entrepreneurial mindset with a flair for negotiation and communication.
• A proactive flexible attitude with the ability to work independently but also effectively collaborate with others.
• The ability to build strong relationships with people from diverse cultures and the willingness to travel regularly to Latam America and beyond.
• Fluency in English and Spanish (Dutch is a plus).
• You live near our head office in Antwerp (Belgium).
