Canon USA is seeking a Field Service Technician II to join our service team. Youll be responsible for on-site maintenance diagnostics and repair of Canon-supported copiers printers and multi-function imaging devices (MFPs) at client locations often in a fast-paced 24/7 customer-driven setting where responsiveness and reliability are key.

- Perform routine maintenance and break/fix repair of digital imaging equipment (copiers printers MFPs). - Respond quickly and professionally to customer service calls in the field. - Maintain accurate service logs and reports including Field Service Reports and Expense Reports. - Report product failure trends and serviceability issues to your manager with proper documentation. - Ensure all assigned equipment meets operational performance standards. - Represent Canon in a customer-facing role with professionalism and excellent communication skills. - Adhere to customer-specific site protocols which may include COVID-19 or other safety measures. - Deliver exceptional service and support in a 24/7 customer-driven environment where uptime matters.

Were looking for a dedicated individual with: - HS Diploma GED or equivalent experience required plus 1 to 2 years of related experience. - A basic understanding of internet environments and the ability to complete the 120-day introductory period and the PDIF (Printing and Digital Imaging Foundations) new-hire class. - The ability to travel (valid drivers license and acceptable driving record necessary). - The capability to work in a 24/7 environment while performing shift work and on-call rotations. - Required to take all necessary steps to obtain security and/or other clearances required by customers to enter the customers premises. - Must be able to lift 50 pounds and be active more than 50 percent of the time (walking standing stooping/kneeling). In accordance with applicable law we are providing the anticipated rate for this role:$21.50 - 30.75 hourly. This role is eligible for a transportation allowance.
