Job Description

The Jr. Product Manufacturing Engineer is an entry-level engineering role focused on supporting the development improvement and execution of manufacturing processes for aerospace components. This position plays a key role in ensuring that production runs safely efficiently and in compliance with internal and external quality standards.

Working under moderate supervision the Jr. Product Manufacturing Engineer contributes to cross-functional initiatives involving process documentation production troubleshooting and continuous improvement. This is a hands-on role with strong growth potential in a highly regulated high-performance manufacturing environment.

What You Will Do:

  • Supports daily production activities by addressing process issues and assisting with technical solutions.

  • Assists in the development and maintenance of standard work instructions work orders and visual aids.

  • Contributes to production planning efficiency initiatives and compliance with quality system requirements.

  • Apply basic engineering knowledge to support root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.

  • Participate in equipment readiness efforts process trials and work area optimization.

  • Helps ensure that safety ergonomics and lean principles are incorporated into manufacturing solutions.

What You Will Learn:

  • You will learn to gather and analyze basic data to monitor process performance and product quality.

  • Application of quality standards in the aerospace industry.

  • Evaluation and improvement of manufacturing processes.

  • Compliance with industrial safety and hygiene regulations.

Qualifications You Must Have:

  • Bachelors degree in mechanical Industrial Aerospace or Manufacturing Engineering.

  • 02 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Excel at a basic to intermediate level (data entry creation of tables Pareto analysis chart generation etc.).

  • Basic understanding of engineering drawings process documentation and problem-solving methodologies such as 8Ds Six Sigma and Ishikawa.

  • Detail-oriented collaborative and proactive in supporting manufacturing operations and learning new skills.

Qualifications We Prefer:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with CAD SAP or MES systems.
