Salary:MPS/UPS plus SEN allowance

Hours of work:32 ½ hours a week

Contract type:Permanent

A bit about us:

SAIL (Salisbury Academy for Inspiration Learners) is a day specialist provider of education in Salisbury Wiltshire for children and young people aged from 5 to 16 years who have a diagnosis of Autism or an SEMH profile.

We are a growing school which opened in September 2023 and currently have around 110 students. Our aim is to build safe independent lives for the Autistic and SEMH population through a process of understanding support and enablement. We personalise each childs curriculum care and therapeutic package to support them to achieve and experience success and independence.

All about the role:

We are looking for a primary teacher with passion drive and commitment to work in our school with our ASC/SEMH students.

Are you a teacher with a passion for working with young people with SEND specifically those with ASC/SEMH needs Do you want to join a school that is growing developing and making a real difference to the lives of their young people Do you enjoy working as part of a team to solve problems find solutions and innovate
