Where you'll be working
This local health district provides services for approximately 400,000 people. It is one of the region s largest employers with a workforce of more than 8,500 staff. They operate eight hospital sites and provide community health services from approximately 58 locations across the region.

You will work at a comprehensive mental health service that comprises inpatient, community, rehabilitation, accommodation services, and specialist programs. It encompasses a large geographical area with a broad diversity of populations. As Consultant Psychiatrist, you will be providing psychiatric assessment, treatment, care planning, and clinical oversight within a multidisciplinary inpatient team.

Salary information
Consultant Psychiatrists can expect a competitive salary in line with the NSW Award.

Requirements
Fellowship of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists (FRANZCP), or equivalent. Consultant Psychiatrists eligible for the fast-track registration pathway and Advanced Trainees that are expected to receive FRANZCP within 6 months are encouraged to apply.
