KS1 Teacher Responsibilities
Plan prepare and deliver engaging lessons for KS1 students.
Implement a variety of teaching strategies to inspire and motivate young learners.
Assess and monitor student progress providing feedback and setting targets.
Collaborate with colleagues to develop and enhance the KS1 curriculum.
Maintain a safe inclusive and positive classroom environment.
Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student progress.
Participate in staff meetings professional development and school activities as required.
KS1 Teacher Requirements
Bachelors degree in Education or a related field.
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
Proven experience teaching KS1 students in a primary school setting.
Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum and assessment methods.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of all learners.
