Job Summary
Our client in the Banking sector is looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst & Developer to join their Brussels team. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in data architecture ETL processes and business intelligence solutions to support data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
Analyze business needs and assist in designing robust database models (Entity-Relationship)
Develop and optimize data integration flows using Talend and PL/SQL (ETLELT)
Design and implement analytical reports and dashboards in MicroStrategy (semantic layer KPIs visualization)
Maintain and enhance Data Warehousing environments ensuring performance and reliability
Support data-related initiatives from data modeling to quality and governance improvements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex data into actionable insights
Contribute to system optimization and provide support for production environments
Requirements:
Minimum 10 years of professional experience in Business Intelligence or Data Analytics
Excellent understanding of BI Data Warehousing Big Data and AI concepts
Strong command of SQL and advanced PL/SQL under Oracle
Experience with Talend Data Integration tools
Familiarity with MicroStrategy for analytics and reporting
Knowledge of PostgreSQL Java or database administration is a plus
Strong analytical mindset communication skills and stakeholder engagement ability
Fluency in French or Dutch with good command of English
