Shift: 12-hour Night 7:00 PM End: 7:00 AM

Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week

Weekly Pay Rate: $432 - $540; (Negotiable based on experience)

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our healthcare team for a night shift assignment in Elkins WV. This 9-week contract offers consistent hours competitive pay and the opportunity to work in a supportive medical environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care under the supervision of licensed nursing staff
Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing dressing eating and personal hygiene
Take and record vital signs (temperature pulse blood pressure etc.)
Document patient care activities accurately and timely
Assist with mobility transfers and positioning of patients
Report changes in patients physical or emotional condition to nursing staff
Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients
Follow infection control protocols and facility procedures
Provide emotional support and companionship to patients during night hours

Requirements:

Active CNA certification in the state of West Virginia
Current BLS/CPR certification required
At least 6 months of recent CNA experience
Ability to work 12-hour overnight shifts
Strong communication organizational and interpersonal skills
