Job Description

About the Role:

  • We are seeking an experienced Data Automation Architect to design and implement scalable data architectures with a strong focus on automation. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in building data engineering workflows orchestrating complex data flows and leveraging automation best practices. Experience in the healthcare sector is strongly preferred given the sensitivity and compliance requirements of the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and set up end-to-end data architecture to support large-scale data processing.
  • Implement automation practices for data pipelines ETL/ELT processes and integrations.
  • Drive best practices in data engineering governance and compliance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering product compliance) to ensure seamless data operations.
  • Optimize systems for scalability performance and reliability.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Data Architect / Data Automation Architect.
  • Strong background in data engineering and workflow automation (ETL/ELT frameworks orchestration tools).
  • Hands-on expertise with modern data platforms (cloud data warehouses big data frameworks APIs).
  • Familiarity with healthcare data standards and compliance frameworks (HIPAA HL7 FHIR) preferred.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
