1. POSITION PURPOSE (Summary) The COTA will carry out follow-up treatments fabricate positioning and adaptive equipment and assist with other duties including equipment and supply organization and maintenance as assigned by the OTR or Rehab Services Director taking into consideration patient needs based on gender age cultural differences and educational needs. 2. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS (Education License / Registration Experience Knowledge and Abilities) 1. Graduation form an AOTA approved Occupational Therapy Assistant educational program and successful completion of the field work requirements. 2. Experience preferred. 3. Ability to communicate effectively and work well with other healthcare providers. 4. Ability to work independently and creatively. 5. Interest in continuing to learn and grow professionally. 6. Ability to hold in confidence all personal hospital and professional matters. This position is 80% outpatient. ***Will NOT take an in-state (MT) traveler unless they exceed a 250-mile radius from our facility***
