This group is responsible for gathering insight on spend and financials
Responsible for North America territory
Support projects with proper approvals and ensure the system is up to date
Give executive summaries to stakeholders and leaders
Someone who has managed projects or portfolios would be IDEAL
Highly prefer someone with Project Mgmt experience with Portfolio exp
Experience with PowerBI
Must have Advanced skills in Excel
Highly prefer someone with Financial accumen
Purpose of Position
The Deliver Portfolio Management Lead serves as the Portfolio Lead for North America within the IMSC. This role focuses on creating value by governing the DELIVER portfolio of priorities and processes providing a strong linkage between global performance and regional deliver excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Measure and monitor performance and portfolio health for capital investments operating expenses and savings projects in NA Deliver.
Support strategic planning initiatives for the NA Deliver region.
Ensure data integrity in Planisware as a reliable source of truth.
Oversee budget preparation cycles for the deliver portfolio in relation to LRFP and various business cycles.
Manage DELIVER NA portfolio reporting and business analytics to provide visibility on status progress and resource affordability.
Lead monthly regional portfolio governance meetings to review projects for stage gate approval.
Utilize intelligent automation and analytic tools for workflow and reporting enhancement.
Act as the segment portfolio expert compiling project milestones and conducting data analysis for key governance forums.
Identify project execution risks proactively and communicate insights and recommendations to leadership.
Drive continuous process improvements within the Global Deliver Portfolio team.
Cultivate relationships and facilitate communication across global regional and cross-functional teams for strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
Education / Experience Required:
Minimum of a bachelors degree required; advanced degree or a focused degree in Logistics Supply Chain Business Engineering and/or Operations is preferred.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in a Logistics or Supply Chain environment required.
Strong organizational skills and experience coordinating cross-functional teams.
Highly collaborative with the ability to lead and influence others in a complex matrix organization.
Ability to act decisively and highlight risks with limited information.
Ability to work independently manage complexity and take ownership of deliverables.
Ability to communicate clearly and concisely across all levels of the company.
Proven track record of successfully supporting a portfolio of projects and working knowledge of project portfolio management.
Self-starter who identifies and helps solve problems.
Prior experience communicating with senior-level leadership.
Prior working experience with intermediate-level Excel (Pivot Tables functions).
Preferred:
Experience leading projects process improvements and/or change management initiatives and associated governance processes.
Understanding of supply chain interdependencies (end-to-end).
Experience working across segments and regions.
Financial acumen.
Experience with data analytics and associated tools.
Experience with Planisware.
Experience with Power BI.
Advanced Excel knowledge (Macros Data Analysis).
Strong analytical background with solid analytical skills is preferred.
Travel:
Requires up to 10% domestic travel.
