Job Description
Location- NJC NJ- 3 days onsite in a week
Salary- $120K-130K benefits
Define and own the product backlog for the ADR initiative; prioritize features based on business value and regulatory timelines.
Work closely with stakeholders across ADR operations compliance product teams and technology to gather and refine requirements.
Translate complex business needs into clear actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
Act as the voice of the customer and ensure alignment of delivery with business goals and compliance requirements.
Lead grooming sessions sprint planning reviews and retrospectives with Agile delivery teams.
Ensure traceability between business objectives and delivered technical features.
Identify system/process gaps and propose enhancements to improve operational efficiency and reporting.
Track progress report on risks/issues and support change management and UAT activities.
10 years of experience in Product Owner or Business Analyst roles within Capital Markets / Investment Banking.
Strong understanding of ADR (American Depositary Receipts) securities processing and custody operations.
Hands-on experience working in Agile/Scrum environments including writing epics/stories and maintaining a product backlog.
Familiarity with reference data systems settlements corporate actions and regulatory reporting.
Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills especially across business and technology functions.
Experience with tools such as JIRA Confluence and product management frameworks.
