Provides information to patients physicians and office personnel regarding appointment scheduling and preparation for outpatient testing procedures.

Works closely with Insurance Verifiers to verify and authorize services scheduled at hospital sites.

Requests Point of Service Collection (POS) as appropriate and works with the Registration and Ancillary Reception areas at hospital sites on POS goals.
