Job Description:

Responsibilities:

Seeking a highly experienced Digital Onshore Test Manager to lead and manage the QA delivery of five agile QA pods supporting digital platforms.
This role will oversee end-to-end testing regression testing and automation efforts across Web API and Mobile (Android & iOS) platforms.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills hands-on technical knowledge and experience managing hybrid teams (onshore/offshore).
ISTQB or equivalent QA certification.
Experience in retail e-commerce or digital transformation projects.
Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps.
