Role Summary: We are looking for a Veeva System Manager to lead the administration and optimization of Veeva CRM for commercial operations. The role includes system engineering responsibilities to drive business alignment and digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

Administer and configure Veeva CRM modules (Call Reporting CLM Approved Email).
Manage integrations with Salesforce Snowflake and other commercial platforms.
Monitor system performance data quality and user engagement.
Ensure compliance with pharma regulations and internal standards.

System Engineer Responsibilities:

Collaborate with Commercial and Medical Affairs leaders to gather CRM-related requirements.
Conduct workshops and training sessions to drive adoption and best practices.
Facilitate cross-functional meetings to align stakeholders on CRM enhancements.
Translate business needs into scalable CRM solutions.

Required Skills:

Deep expertise in Veeva CRM and its ecosystem.
Understanding of pharma commercial operations and customer engagement workflows.
Experience in stakeholder collaboration and change management.
Familiarity with CRM analytics and reporting tools.
