Job Summary

Job Title: VT - CT/X-Ray Tech - Must be registered in CT
Job Location: Lamar CO
Job Type: Contract

Job Description:

Perform CT scans and diagnostic X-rays according to physician orders and protocols

Operate and maintain imaging equipment ensuring high-quality images with minimal radiation exposure

Accurately document patient history procedures and imaging results

Ensure patient safety comfort and privacy during procedures

Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare team members for optimal patient outcomes

Requirements:

ARRT Certification in Radiography (R) and Computed Tomography (CT) Required

Valid Colorado state license (or eligibility) if applicable

Minimum of 1 2 years of experience performing CT and X-ray imaging in a hospital or clinical setting

Proficiency with imaging systems and PACS

BLS certification Required

Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently

Physical Requirements:

Flexibility to work in rapidly changing conditions and environments.

Manual dexterity to operate imaging equipment accurately and safely.

Ability to lift and move patients (with or without assistance) and maneuver equipment weighing 20 pounds.

Agility for frequent changes in position including stooping bending standing and moderate lifting.

Visual and auditory acuity to assess patient conditions receive feedback and ensure procedure accuracy.

Participate in direct patient care activities as required.

Qualification:

Current ARRT Registry certification required.
