Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) with strong expertise in automation API testing and test framework development. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing and implementing automation solutions strong Java programming skills and a deep understanding of modern test automation practices.
Key Responsibilities-
Design develop and maintain automated test scripts for web API and backend testing.

Implement and enhance BDD (Cucumber) frameworks using Selenium and Java.

Write and maintain clear reusable and scalable test cases using Gherkin language.

Collaborate with developers QA and business stakeholders to ensure quality across the SDLC.

Perform functional regression and integration testing across multiple platforms.

Execute and maintain API testing and automation (REST SOAP Postman RestAssured etc.).

Identify log and track defects ensuring timely resolutions.

Work in an Agile/Scrum environment actively participating in sprint planning and reviews.

(Good to have) Contribute to performance testing initiatives using tools like JMeter LoadRunner or similar.

Ensure best practices for test automation and CI/CD integration are followed.

Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
