Job Summary
Job Description:
1. Operations Management
-
Manage day-to-day operations for B2B (Retail/Wholesale) D2C (Shopify/Website) and Marketplace fulfilment via multiple channels (Amazon Myntra Flipkart AJIO etc.)
-
Ensure smooth order processing picking packing and dispatch across all platforms
-
Oversee warehouse operations (3PL or in-house) ensuring adherence to SLA quality and compliance standards
-
Implement SOPs and drive operational excellence through process improvement and automation
2. Logistics Management
-
Manage inbound and outbound logistics for pan-India operations
-
Coordinate with logistics partners (courier aggregators 3PLs transporters) for timely deliveries and cost optimization
-
Monitor performance metrics (TAT delivery accuracy cost per shipment etc.) and drive continuous improvement
-
Handle reverse logistics and returns management to minimize losses and improve recovery
3. Marketplace Operations
-
Collaborate with marketplace teams for order flow inventory sync and operational SLAs
-
Ensure high catalog availability on-time dispatch and low cancellation/return rates
-
Track marketplace metrics and resolve operational issues proactively
4. Inventory & Planning
-
Oversee inventory accuracy stock reconciliations and cycle counts across channels.

Partner with Planning & Merchandising teams for replenishment and stock allocation.

Manage system integrations (ERP WMS marketplaces etc.) for real-time visibility.
5. Returns & Reverse Logistics
-
Design and manage efficient return processes across all channels.

Ensure inspection grading and restocking or liquidation of returned goods.
