Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Intelligent Automation (IA) Business System Analyst with 7 years of relevant experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving intelligent automation strategy identifying automation opportunities and ensuring successful design and governance of automation platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with IA CoE to define automation strategy governance and roadmap.
Identify and prioritize business processes suitable for automation and create business cases.
Perform effort estimation during requirement gathering to streamline IA lifecycle.
Define IA architecture and create flow diagrams for clarity and stakeholder communication.
Develop AS-IS TO-BE models and Process Design Documents (PDDs).
Collaborate with enterprise architects and platform owners on automation platform direction.
Guide developers resolve blockers and review development approach.
Optimize existing processes with innovative automation solutions.
Evaluate automation tools and provide recommendations for future enhancements.
