As client continues to evolve its enterprise delivery model the Portfolio & Governance CoE Lead plays a critical role in ensuring that strategic initiatives are prioritized resourced and executed with discipline and transparency. This resource drives portfolio-level visibility facilitates governance forums and embeds decision-making frameworks that enable speed and accountability. Core Responsibilities:
The Portfolio & Governance CoE Lead is responsible for shaping and sustaining clients portfolio management and governance capabilities. This role oversees the development of portfolio frameworks prioritization models and governance processes that ensure strategic alignment and delivery consistency. Acting as both a strategist and facilitator the CoE Lead partners with business and IT leaders to manage investment decisions monitor portfolio health and guide execution standards. Through structured oversight a P nd continuous improvement this leader enables informed decision-making optimizes resource allocation and reinforces enterprise-wide accountability.
Continuous Improvement: Lead the development and continuous improvement of portfolio management standards and tools by researching industry trends gathering stakeholder input and piloting new approaches. Regularly assess tool effectiveness and adapt solutions to meet evolving business demands.
Capability Building: Facilitate governance forums and decision-making processes across the portfolio by organizing meetings with executive leadership preparing strategic review materials and ensuring transparent communication of portfolio performance risks and opportunities.
Financial Transparency: Partner with finance and strategy teams to ensure alignment of investments with business goals participating in annual and quarterly planning cycles developing business cases for new initiatives and tracking the ROI of portfolio projects.
Portfolio Performance Measurement: Develop and maintain portfolio dashboards and performance reports leveraging advanced analytics and visualization tools to provide timely actionable insights for stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Demand Intake & Prioritization: Support prioritization and capacity planning across initiatives by coordinating resource allocation monitoring project status and identifying bottlenecks or capacity constraints with recommendations for corrective actions.
Best Practice Development: Drive adoption of portfolio practices across business and IT teams by leading workshops developing best practice guides and managing change communications to foster a culture of portfolio excellence.

Required Qualifications:
Portfolio Management Expertise: 10 years of experience in portfolio management strategic planning or governance roles with a strong understanding of investment prioritization and resource allocation.
Governance Leadership: Proven ability to design and facilitate governance forums decision-making frameworks and executive steering committees.
Strategic Alignment: Experience aligning portfolio initiatives with enterprise strategy ensuring visibility and accountability across the organization.
Analytical & Financial Acumen: Strong analytical skills with experience in budget oversight financial modeling and performance reporting.
Stakeholder Engagement: Exceptional ability to engage and influence senior leaders communicate complex information clearly and drive alignment across functions.
