Job Summary

Title : Full-Stack Developer Java With Python

Duration: 12 Months

Location: Reston VA or Plano TX (local candidates only and on-site 3 days per week)

Full-Stack Developer. First preference is Java / Python secondary

ideal if they have some exposure or knowledge of OpenText Documentum

Should have AWS skills

We are seeking a seasoned Full-Stack Developer with expertise in AI (Artificial Intelligence) LLM (Large Language Models) and ECM (Enterprise Content Management). The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:

Programming & Tools (7 yrs)

o Proficiency with Java and Python.

o Proficient with front end frameworks like React or Angular.

o Proficient in tools and frameworks such as Git Jenkins Jira IntelliJ Tomcat/J2EE.

o Experienced with data modeling relational and NOSQL databases (postgres mongodb dynamodb etc).

o Solid understanding of design patterns and software architecture.

Content Management (3 yrs)

o Proficiency in integrating and working with any content management system preferably Documentum platform.

o Strong understanding of ECM principals.

API Development (3 yrs)

o Strong understanding and experience with developing and integrating RESTful APIs using java spring.

LLM Expertise:

o Working knowledge of different LLM models and ability to evaluate their suitability and fine tune for specific requirements.

o Experienced with prompt engineering and preprocessing data for feeding into the models

o Experienced with integrating LLMs with existing ECM platform.

Software Development Practices

o Familiarity with development concepts like source code management unit testing code coverage static code scan and dynamic code scans for vulnerability management stress and performance testing.

Cloud Experience (AWS)

o 3 years of experience working with AWS services including EC2 ECS RDS ALB SSM SQS SNS Lambda and AWS SDK.

o Experience with advance AWS services like textract bedrock is a big plus

o Skilled in troubleshooting application issues in AWS reviewing configurations security policies and analyzing logs.

Agile Methodology

o Strong understanding of Agile Scrum practices such as sprint planning backlog refinement daily stand-ups and retrospectives.

Collaboration & Communication

o Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts clearly.
