Job Title: P2P Operations Specialist
Location (On-site Remote or Hybrid): Torrance CA (onsite)
Contract Duration: 1 year
This role supports clients mission by ensuring the efficient and accurate operation of the PeopleSoft Purchase-to-Pay system enabling timely procurement and payment processes that are essential to the organizations financial integrity and service delivery.

- Daily Operational Support - Provide timely assistance to internal and external users on PeopleSoft P2P functions including requisitions purchase orders receiving and invoice
- processing.
- Issue Resolution - Troubleshoot and resolve workflow and functional issues escalating technical problems as needed to ensure minimal disruption to - Work closely with AP procurement finance and IT teams to align system functionality with business needs.
- Process Documentation and Improvement - Develop and maintain clear user-friendly documentation for P2P processes procedures and training materials.
- Identify inefficiencies in current workflows and recommend enhancements to improve operational effectiveness.
- System Monitoring - Monitor system workflows and data integrity to ensure compliance with internal controls and procurement policies.
Minimum Educational Qualifications - A bachelors degree in business Finance Information Systems or a related field is required.
Minimum Experience - Proven experience supporting PeopleSoft procurement functionality or similar ERP systems in a procurement or finance context. (minimum 3 years preferred). Strong understanding of procurement and accounts payable processes.
Other Job-Specific Skills - Familiarity with service desk ticketing systems (e.g. ServiceNow Jira). Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Visio). Knowledge of procurement policies and compliance standards. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Experience in writing and maintaining business process documentation. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
