Job Summary
Objectives
Establish a financial talent echelon and cultivate a reserve of future financial managers and financial directors.
Enable management trainees to have an in-depth understanding of the core financial processes of financial institutions (reconciliation taxation regulatory reports cost control).

Hard conditions
Bachelors or masters degrees in Finance Accounting Economics Business Administrationetc.
0-2 years of experience (Internship experience is acceptable)
Those with study experience in ACCA/ICAN/CPA are preferred
Requirements for soft quality
Good ability to withstand pressure and willing to learn quickly and smart
Strong communication skills and a sense of responsibility
High integrity standards (involving cash accounting auditing and taxation)
Have an interest in FinTech or the financial industry
