Lifeline SIM partners with the nations largest Lifeline service providers to help local communities access free and low-cost wireless service. As a Lifeline Enrollment Expert youll assist qualified individuals in getting connected using their own phone and a free SIM card fast simple and secure.
Key Responsibilities
Enroll eligible customers for Lifeline SIM service using their existing phone and a free SIM card.
Conduct outreach in high-traffic community areas and organized events.
Verify documents and eligibility through secure compliant systems.
Explain program benefits and maintain accurate daily records.
Assist customers with SIM activation device setup and troubleshooting.
Promote optional device upgrades and premium phone offers.
Meet or exceed daily and weekly enrollment goals.
Previous experience in field sales community outreach or customer service preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented and comfortable with digital enrollment tools.
Self-motivated goal-driven and organized.
Reliable transportation and ability to work locally.
Eligible to work as a 1099 independent contractor.
Bilingual fluency (English/Spanish) is highly preferred.

Required Skills:
Must be 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S. Must pass a background check Strong communication empathy and interpersonal skills Comfortable working in underserved low-income or rural communities Able to use a smartphone or tablet for mobile data entry Willingness to attend remote onboarding & training sessions Consistent access to internet phone and transportation (for field roles) Reliable transportation required for field roles Comfortable with performance-based compensation (no base salary) 1099 Contractor Status Bilingual or multilingual preferred but not required Able to work independently and hit lead submission goals
