- Implement individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans designed by a BCBA
- Collect and record accurate data using easy-to-use digital tools
- Collaborate with your supervising BCBA and care team for consistent high-quality services
- Build positive professional relationships with the child and their family
What Youll Need
- Active RBT certification (required)
- 1 year of ABA experience (preferred)
- Genuine passion for helping children with autism reach their goals
- Reliable punctual and committed to consistency and communication
- Professional compassionate approach with families and colleagues
