Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Financial Manager to drive strategic financial leadership optimise performance and profitability and champion growth in a dynamic environment.

Lead financial operations and strategy to drive sustainable growth optimize resource management and support mission-critical security initiatives in a dynamic and fast paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the development and execution of financial strategies aligned with the companys security operations and growth objectives.
Oversee budgeting forecasting and financial analysis to ensure optimal resource allocation across security projects and services.
Manage financial reporting and compliance ensuring adherence to regulatory standards relevant to the security industry.
Analyse financial performance metrics and provide insights to executive leadership to support informed decision-making.
Supervise and mentor finance team members promoting professional development and high performance.
Collaborate with operations and security teams to assess financial risks and opportunities related to security contracts and technology investments.
Drive cost control initiatives and identify areas for operational efficiency and profitability improvement.
Coordinate audits liaise with External Auditors and manage financial due diligence for security-related acquisitions or partnerships.
Ensure that cash flow management supports both short-term operational needs and long-term strategic investments.
Advise senior management on the financial implications of business decisions including new security products services or market expansions.

Requirements and Qualifications:

BCom Honours Degree in Accounting
5-10 years experience in project accounting
2 years minimum of the above experience and should be in a senior management role leading and supervising teams
