Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company sales targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and customer needs.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create effective promotional campaigns.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients.
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.
- Participate in networking events and conferences to promote the companys services.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to enhance revenue streams.
- Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the companys products and services.
Essential Qualifications
- A bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Desired Experience
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience preferably in a related industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Experience in developing and executing sales strategies effectively.
- Previous exposure to the African market is an advantage.
