You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailMobile Team Leader is to engage in mobile team activities by:
1. Co-operate with health and local administrative authorities and SCH implementation team for planning implementation training management and supervision of mobile team activities.
2. Ensure to operate mobile team activities in accordance with approved work plan and to achieve the targeted number of assigned projects.
3. Provide SRHR MNCH GBV services according to guidelines and in line with project objective.
4. Supervise mobile team staff during field operation.
5. Take financial accountability and responsibility for mobile team operations according to organization rules and regulations.
6. Provide project consumption of necessary stocks as per mobile team schedules in monthly basis and report to respective supervisor.
7. Review and check data regarding mobile team activities and submit mobile team reports monthly to supervisors by using standardized format.
8. Organize quarterly review meetings in respective project township and participate in the project review meetings if necessary.
9. Regular monitoring/supportive visit to all assigned Sun clinics in assigned area to distribute social franchising products to deliver new updated forms to collect MCRs financial transaction of providers incentive payment Clinic assistance fees and clients incentive.
10. Assist Sun providers to meet social franchising and clinical practice minimum criteria
11. Conducting advocacy area mapping & clinic auditing for new recruitment for channels in the assigned territory
12. Responsible for disseminating technical updated and changes to Sun providers in assigned territory 13. Perform any other additional duties as required.
Deliverables
1. Provide maternal neonate and child health care services sexual and reproductive health services and right Gender Based Violence related services emergency health care related services and other common illness in assigned areas.
2. Manage and supervise the mobile team.
3. Coordinate between local health authorities and SCH team for implementation.
4. Achieve the program deliverables and target in the assigned region.
