As an Executive Assistant within the Wealth Management Asia Client Service team you will provide comprehensive administrative support assist with departmental operations and contribute to a variety of projects and initiatives. You will help ensure smooth execution of daily activities and support a collaborative high-performing team.
Job responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Asia Client Service team ensuring seamless daily operations
- Assist with centrally managed responsibilities for the Asia Wealth Management business
- Coordinate day-to-day logistics including scheduling meetings organizing events and arranging occasional business travel
- Manage expense reports invoices and claims with accuracy and timeliness
- Book meeting rooms order office supplies handle collection and distribution of documents
- Oversee staff onboarding and offboarding processes ensuring a smooth transition for new hires and departing employees
- Perform additional administrative tasks and ad hoc support as needed
Required qualifications capabilities and skills
- Minimum of 5 years of administrative experience within financial services or a corporate environment
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with colleagues and clients from diverse backgrounds
- Superior organizational skills and a keen eye for detail
- Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team while managing multiple priorities under pressure to meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook Word Excel PowerPoint)
- Demonstrated professionalism discretion and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality
