Are you energized by supporting a dynamic team and driving operational excellence Join our Asia Client Service team as an Executive Assistant where you will play a key role in ensuring seamless daily operations and exceptional service. This is an opportunity to leverage your organizational skills attention to detail and proactive mindset in a fast-paced environment.

As an Executive Assistant within the Wealth Management Asia Client Service team you will provide comprehensive administrative support assist with departmental operations and contribute to a variety of projects and initiatives. You will help ensure smooth execution of daily activities and support a collaborative high-performing team.

Job responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Asia Client Service team ensuring seamless daily operations
  • Assist with centrally managed responsibilities for the Asia Wealth Management business
  • Coordinate day-to-day logistics including scheduling meetings organizing events and arranging occasional business travel
  • Manage expense reports invoices and claims with accuracy and timeliness
  • Book meeting rooms order office supplies handle collection and distribution of documents
  • Oversee staff onboarding and offboarding processes ensuring a smooth transition for new hires and departing employees
  • Perform additional administrative tasks and ad hoc support as needed

Required qualifications capabilities and skills

  • Minimum of 5 years of administrative experience within financial services or a corporate environment
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with colleagues and clients from diverse backgrounds
  • Superior organizational skills and a keen eye for detail
  • Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team while managing multiple priorities under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook Word Excel PowerPoint)
  • Demonstrated professionalism discretion and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality
