Your Role:
As the Assistant Restaurant Manager you will be a key player in the success of our restaurant. Youll oversee everything from managing a dynamic team to ensuring that each guest enjoys the best Greek food and service experience possible.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Team Building: Recruit train and develop a high-performing team that shares your passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
Operations Management: Oversee daily operations stock management compliance rosters and people management ensuring that all processes run smoothly efficiently.
Customer Satisfaction: Ensuring an amazing customer experience every time. Upholding The Yiros Shops high standards of quality and service

Qualifications :
About You:
We are looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager who is dynamic results-driven and an excellent leader.
Experience managing teams in a fast-paced environment with the ability to motivate train and develop your team.
Strong communication skills can give clear instructions and feedback.
A natural leader who thrives in a dynamic environment and loves inspiring teams with a hands on approach.
Knowledge of fast-food service standards and workflows.
Strong problem-solving skills to can handle issues quickly and effectively.
Experience with inventory management rostering and stock control.
You are customer focused and passionate about delivering exceptional experiences for your guests.
Ability to analyze sales reports control costs and hit companys KPIs.
Experience managing labor costs food costs and profitability.
Ability to train staff on safety procedures and best practices.
