We are looking for a Junior Backend Developer (Python)

Do you love programming solving real problems and experimenting with new technologies
At MindPal were building intelligent systems that power products across energy education and HR-tech all from our office in Gliwice.

Were looking for a Junior Backend Developer with at least 1 year of commercial experience who may not know everything yet but is hungry to learn open to challenges and genuinely enjoys writing code that works and scales.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain backend components in Python (FastAPI Django or Flask).
Collaborate with experienced developers and PMs on production-ready features.
Work with databases (PostgreSQL MySQL) and modern tools like Docker.
Experiment with AI-powered tools and automation to improve development flow.

Participate in code reviews knowledge-sharing and R&D mini-projects.

Job requirements

1 year of commercial experience in backend development.
Solid understanding of Python fundamentals (OOP REST APIs Git).
Curiosity for learning new stacks e.g. Ruby on Rails TypeScript or AI integrations.
A love for side projects hackathons or student club initiatives.
Problem-solving attitude curiosity and eagerness to explore how things work.
Communicative English (written and spoken).
