At AECOM  we are currently recruiting for a Technical Programme Coordinator to join us at our Dublin office.

Heres what youll do: 

Your day to day will include but not be limited to the following tasks and responsibilities:

The Programme Coordinator is responsible for the oversight coordination and reporting of assigned programme workstreams. Working collaboratively with Technical Teams and other project stakeholders the Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient and high-quality delivery of programme objectives across all streams.

  • Workstream Oversight:
    Manage and oversee individual programme workstreams ensuring milestones timelines and deliverables are met.

  • Cross-Team Coordination:
    Collaborate closely with internal Technical Teams to align workstream activities with programme goals and technical standards.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration:
    Coordinate with Programme Coordinators on parallel or related projects to ensure a consistent integrated and collaborative approach across the wider programme.

  • Quality Assurance:
    Maintain and promote high standards in design specification and delivery throughout the lifecycle of the programme.

  • Reporting:
    Provide regular structured updates to the Overall Programme Lead (OPL) including progress reports risk identification and mitigation strategies.

Heres what were looking for: 

As the successful candidate you will have experience working within our programme  markets along with having the following qualfications and experience.

  • Post Graduate Qualification ideally Project Management / Construction / Engineering / Quantity Surveying related
  • In the process of pursuing Chartered Status with either of the following institutions; SCSI/RICS / CIOB / RIBA  / EI
  • APM affiliation is a benefit
