At AECOM we are currently recruiting for a Technical Programme Coordinator to join us at our Dublin office.
Heres what youll do:
Your day to day will include but not be limited to the following tasks and responsibilities:
The Programme Coordinator is responsible for the oversight coordination and reporting of assigned programme workstreams. Working collaboratively with Technical Teams and other project stakeholders the Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient and high-quality delivery of programme objectives across all streams.
Workstream Oversight:
Manage and oversee individual programme workstreams ensuring milestones timelines and deliverables are met.Cross-Team Coordination:
Collaborate closely with internal Technical Teams to align workstream activities with programme goals and technical standards.Stakeholder Collaboration:
Coordinate with Programme Coordinators on parallel or related projects to ensure a consistent integrated and collaborative approach across the wider programme.Quality Assurance:
Maintain and promote high standards in design specification and delivery throughout the lifecycle of the programme.Reporting:
Provide regular structured updates to the Overall Programme Lead (OPL) including progress reports risk identification and mitigation strategies.

As the successful candidate you will have experience working within our programme markets along with having the following qualfications and experience.
- Post Graduate Qualification ideally Project Management / Construction / Engineering / Quantity Surveying related
- In the process of pursuing Chartered Status with either of the following institutions; SCSI/RICS / CIOB / RIBA / EI
- APM affiliation is a benefit
