Job Description:
Airbus Helicopters is looking for a M&T Digital Process Master for Engineering (f/m) to join our Digital Methods & Tools for Engineering department based in Marignane France.
You will join the Engineering Operations Enablers department (ETE) being part of the Process Methods & Tools for Engineering team (ETEM).
The mission of the department is to deliver enablers to boost the efficiency in Engineering while providing added value to our customers in terms of Strategy Transformation Processes Methods and Tools and Ways of Working.
We provide an End-To-End vision and transversal project management of needed enablers while fostering local initiatives within Engineering departments.
We collaborate with and work closely with Information Management Central Transformation and Digital Transformation Office organizations to lead business transformation within Airbus Helicopters Engineering.
We are a transnational team in France and Germany who believe in empowering our people in simplifying our processes and tools and driving innovation.
Airbus Helicopters has engaged its digital transformation with the objective to ensure the end-to-end continuity from the design to Helicopter manufacturing and maintenance thanks to a unified digital toolchain. You will join the Core team of the department reporting directly to the Head Of being at the forefront of the transformation and continuous improvement plan targeting to reach the operational excellence in all we are doing
As M&T Digital Process Master you will:
Enable the Core Team do define our mission letter & deliver related core team backlog within the associated technical scope
Support HO for core team backlog management and execution:
- Being customer proxy to gather/formalize/cascade requirements in the backlog serving mission letter targets
- Setting priorities capacity workload planning commitments for the team
- Budget management for activities out of squads
- Ensure Metier adherence to mission and continuously check clarity
- Definition and execution of the release with respect to schedule cost quality and performance dealing with risk and opportunities
Animate continuous estimation of the work defined in the backlog / release plan
- Support the team for communication and coordination to enable self-organization and self-management
- Ensure impediment removal / escalation at team level
- Create and animate a collaborative environment with all stakeholders of the Metier
Be consulted by Ho for HR related activities:
- recognition proposal (award) / consequential management alert
- performance / potential assessment
- return to work / HSE (safety analysis / yearly instructions)
With potential direct delegation from HO of HR topics like:
- People development (competence assessment training / development action career management / development plan mobility specific qualifiaction)
